Is it a problem that I always sympathize with villains?

In my life of watching fiction, I sympathize with the villains quite often. I’ve created a table below of that data, please tell me if I have a problem.

Thing Sympathy? Notes
The Social Network Yes wget magic.
2001: A Space Odyssey Yes Well, I think I sympathize more with AIs.
Titanic Yes If the villain is some class metaphor, then no. The iceberg was just minding it’s business.
The Bible Yes See: Bertram Gilfoyle
Tao Te Ching Yes In some translations Lao Tzu is a nice guy, in others he seems like an evil dictator.
Ishaan Koratkar Blog No This guy’s mentally insane.
The C Programming Language Yes The compiler’s hate for humanity stems from our imperfection.
The Lord of the Rings No Eyes several orders of magnitude larger than 23.7mm creep me out
Mac OS X Lion Review by John Siracusa Yes Injustice will end when the Lion redeems us.
Star Walk XX: A New Generation Yes Despite not existing, the villain was deep and had a satisfying arc
2002: A Super Mario Space Odyssey Yes Bowser merged with Hal (now called Browser) is a force dedicated to saving humanity from itself.
World War I Yes The villains were deep, had internal conflicts, and the ending was bitter-sweet
World War II No The sequel lacked any depth, but that spin-off show with Richard Feynman is awesome!
US Democratic Primaries Yes I stopped watching before the season finale, but that laser fight with Jesus and Stalin was intense.
Portal Yes Move aside Hamming, GlaDos has better research advice: “But there’s no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying 'til you run out of cake. And the science gets done and you make a neat gun, for the people who are still alive!”
Dinosaur Asteroid Event Yes That big space rock was responsible for the dawn of mammals. RESPECT!
Jurassic Park Yes The transgender velociraptors were progressive for the 1990s.
Norse Mythology Yes Norse mythology gets way better if you replace the gods with the cast of Modern Family.
